Who is responsible for your data
This notice covers 31-bets.me.uk only – the independent information portal you're reading now, not 31bets itself. We are the data controller for anything collected through this site: browsing data, cookie identifiers and whatever you submit through our contact form. If you go on to register with the operator, its own privacy policy takes over from that point, and it is entirely separate from ours.

Cookie-derived analytics data typically persists for a limited retention window set by the analytics provider, after which it's aggregated or removed. We don't keep personal data indefinitely, and we periodically review what's stored against why it's still needed.
Protecting children
This portal, and the gambling content it covers, is intended strictly for adults. Access is restricted to visitors aged 18+, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
